Redefine your relationship to sex

Sex, at its best, is about connection, play, and liberation.

Most of us could use more of all those things in our lives. As a queer, kink-aware, and sex worker-friendly therapist, I provide a space where you can explore your sexuality without fear of judgment. My goal as a sex therapist in Ottawa is to help you prioritize pleasure, build confidence, and create a more fulfilling sexual life—on your terms.

My approach to sex therapy is holistic, recognizing that many factors shape our sexual selves. Things like trauma, stress, life transitions and relationship dynamics can all affect the way that we show up sexually, and working with any number of those things may be part of our work together in helping you embrace a more pleasurable life.

My approach is also inclusive of all the many ways there are to be a human. I enjoy working with queer, trans, disabled and neurodivergent folks as they navigate sexuality, and I aim to bring a feminist, anti-racist, and anti-oppressive lens to my sex therapy practice.

Before becoming a therapist, I was the owner of Venus Envy Ottawa, an inclusive, education-based sexual health shop. With over a decade of experience in sex education and sexual health, I’m passionate about supporting people in building a relationship with their sexuality that feels healthy, affirming, and joyful.
