Strengthening Connection

Relationship Therapist in Ottawa

Get Back on the Same Team

Relationships hold the potential for connection, growth, and healing—even in the midst of conflict or disconnection. In our work together, we’ll honor your relationship’s complexity while centering care, connection, and the possibility of transformation.

As we explore the impact of conflict, blame, and communication gaps, we’ll gain a deeper understanding of what your relationship needs to truly thrive. Drawing on your relationship’s values and the unique skills each of you bring, we’ll collaborate to help you find a way to get back on the same team.

I often work with relationships that may be marginalized, and am overjoyed to welcome queer, disabled, neurodivergent, non-monogamous and multiracial relationships in my practice. I’m also happy to support non-romantic relationships, including friendships.

Whether you’re working through communication struggles, trust issues, sexual desire discrepancies, or simply looking to build a stronger connection, I’m here to help you find a path forward that feels authentic and fulfilling.
