As a therapist rooted in narrative and somatic therapy, I believe that healing happens both in the stories we tell about ourselves and in the wisdom of our bodies. The narratives we carry are shaped not only by our experiences but also by the larger systems we move through — relationships, communities, and cultures. Sometimes, these stories empower us. Other times, they echo the weight of trauma, oppression, or self-doubt.
Our work together is about creating space between you and the problems you face. Through curiosity and collaboration, we’ll explore the narratives that have taken hold and gently uncover alternative stories — ones that reflect your values, your strengths, and your hopes for the future. We’ll also invite your body into the conversation as we help you move toward a joyful, embodied future.
This is a space where all of you is welcome — your identities, your relationships, your struggles and your dreams. Whether we’re re-authoring an unhelpful story or listening to what your body is holding, our work will centre your agency and honour your whole self.
