As a therapist, my work is guided by Narrative Therapy, which I find to be a deeply respectful and anti-oppressive way of working with people. I first fell in love with narrative therapy as a social work student, and have been lucky enough to learn from many skilled practitioners who have taught me how to work with deep empathy, skill and creativity.

Along with narrative therapy, I incorporate aspects of somatic experiencing, strengths-based and solution-focused therapies. Overall, I take a collaborative, client-centred approach to therapy. Everyone is a little different, so I bring in tools and resources that seem most suited to the person in front of me. Feminism, anti-racism and social justice are core values that are central to my practice.
